Overview
At Sorcerer's Proxy Shop, we take pride in the quality of every card we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Our goal is to make every interaction as easy as possible.
This policy applies to all standard orders placed through our website. Custom orders are subject to separate terms โ please see Section 2 for details.
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Email us, get a return authorization, ship it back โ that's it.
Refunds processed within 5โ7 business days of receiving your return.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria. Returns outside of these conditions may be declined at our discretion.
Returned within 30 days of delivery
The return window begins on the date your tracking shows delivered.
Item is in original, unused condition
Cards must not have been sleeved, played, or altered in any way.
Item has a manufacturing defect
Printing errors, miscuts, or quality issues we caused are always covered.
Wrong item received
If we shipped the wrong card or quantity, we will cover return shipping and replacement.
Item was damaged in transit
Provide photos of the damage and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Item has been used, played, or sleeved
We cannot accept returns on cards that have been used.
Return requested after 30 days
Returns requested after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
Custom or personalized orders
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. See Section 2.
Buyer's Remorse
We accept returns for buyer's remorse (changed your mind) within 30 days, provided the item is in original, unused condition. In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part.
Custom Orders
Any order involving custom artwork, customer-submitted designs, or personalized card text is a final sale. Once production begins, we cannot accept returns. Please review your custom request carefully before submission.
Foil Cards (Used)
Foil cards that have been removed from protective packaging, sleeved, or handled extensively cannot be returned due to the delicate nature of foil surfaces.
Discounted / Sale Items
Items purchased at a final-sale discount of 50% or more are not eligible for return, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Gift Cards
Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return. Do not ship items back without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number โ unreturned packages without an RA may be refused.
Contact Us Within 30 Days
Email [email protected] with the subject "Return Request โ Order #[your order number]". Include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Your Return Authorization
We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship without this number.
Package Your Items Securely
Place the cards in a rigid card sleeve or top-loader, then in a padded envelope or small box. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship the Return
Ship the package to the address provided in your RA email. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Sorcerer's Proxy Shop is not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking.
Refund or Replacement Issued
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 1โ2 business days), we will issue your refund or ship your replacement within 5โ7 business days.
Tip: Include a Note Inside the Package
Include a printed or handwritten note with your name, order number, RA number, and reason for return inside the package. This helps us process your return faster.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Credit / Debit Card
Refunds appear on your statement within 5โ10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
PayPal
PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3โ5 business days and appear in your PayPal balance.
Store Credit
If preferred, we can issue store credit to your account, which can be used on any future order.
Spell Points
Any Spell Points redeemed on the original order will be restored to your account upon refund approval.

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the 30-day return window. If you would like a different card, finish (regular vs. foil), or quantity, we are happy to accommodate.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return (Section 3) and indicate in your email that you would like an exchange rather than a refund. Specify the item you would like in exchange.
Price Differences on Exchanges
If the replacement item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference before the exchange is processed. If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, we sincerely apologize and will make it right immediately โ at no cost to you.
Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and the packaging (including any shipping damage to the outer envelope or box).
Contact Us Within 7 Days
Email [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damage claims.
We'll Handle the Rest
We will review your claim within 1 business day and either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping. We will also provide a prepaid return label if the item needs to be returned.
Quality Guarantee
Every order is inspected before shipping. If a defect slips through, we will replace it 100% free of charge โ no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return.

9. Spell Points & Returns
Returns and refunds affect your Spell Points balance in the following ways.
Points Earned on Returned Orders
If you return an order and receive a full refund, any Spell Points awarded for that order will be deducted from your balance. If you receive a partial refund, points will be adjusted proportionally.
Points Redeemed on Returned Orders
If you redeemed Spell Points as a discount on an order that you later return, those points will be restored to your account in full upon refund approval.
Points on Partial Returns
If you return only part of an order, points earned on the returned items will be deducted, while points earned on the kept items remain in your balance.
Review Bonus Points
Spell Points earned through review bonuses (text, photo, or video reviews) are not affected by order returns and will remain in your account.
Point Adjustments
All Spell Points adjustments related to returns are handled automatically when your refund is processed. You will see the updated balance in your Spell Points account within 24 hours of refund approval.
